Returns & Refund Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from NCS / SSI through its websites, eCommerce platforms (including WooCommerce), and affiliated sales channels.

By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

1. Return Authorization Requirement

All returns require prior authorization.

  • A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained before any return is initiated
  • Returns submitted without a valid RGA may be refused, returned to sender, or disposed of without credit

To request an RGA, Customer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer or company name
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting documentation, if requested

NCS / SSI reserves sole discretion to approve or deny any return request.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and unaltered
  • Items must be in original packaging with all labels intact
  • Products must be in resalable condition as determined by NCS / SSI

Failure to meet these conditions may result in denial of return, partial credit, or restocking fees.

3. Shipping; Risk of Loss

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Customer must use proper packaging and a trackable shipping method

Risk of loss remains with Customer until the product is received and accepted by NCS / SSI.

4. Inspection and Acceptance

All returned products are subject to inspection.

NCS / SSI reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject returned goods
  • Determine resale condition
  • Apply restocking fees or partial credits

No refund or credit will be issued until inspection is completed.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

Customer must notify NCS / SSI within five (5) business days of receipt.

Upon validation, NCS / SSI may:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue a refund
  • Provide store or account credit

6. Refunds and Credits

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise determined
  • Business accounts may receive account credit
  • Processing times vary by financial institution

NCS / SSI reserves the right to issue partial refunds or offset credits.

7. Restocking Fees

Items not returned in new condition may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Partial refunds
  • Denial of return

8. Non-Returnable Goods

  • Used or applied products
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products marked Non-Returnable

Liquid Products – Strict Non-Return Policy

All liquid products, including paints, coatings, solvents, and chemicals, are non-returnable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law.

This restriction is due to safety, regulatory, and transportation requirements.

9. Hazardous Materials Compliance

Certain products are regulated under U.S. DOT and other applicable laws. Returns must comply with all regulations.

Customer assumes responsibility for compliance when returning regulated goods.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders may not be canceled once processed or shipped. Pre-fulfillment cancellations are not guaranteed.

11. Chargebacks

Customers must contact NCS / SSI prior to initiating a chargeback. Improper disputes may result in account restrictions.

12. Limitation of Liability

NCS / SSI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the purchase price.
